About PhotoPro AI
PhotoPro AI is an Android photo editing application developed by NivAk Technologies.

- Image enhancement

Limited Licence to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, NivAk Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use PhotoPro AI for lawful personal or professional purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of PhotoPro AI, its source code, branding, designs, visual assets, interfaces or other intellectual property to you.
Your Photos and Content
You retain ownership of photographs, images and other content that you provide to PhotoPro AI.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, edit, upload, process, save or share any image submitted to the application.
You must not use PhotoPro AI to process content that unlawfully infringes copyrights, privacy rights, trademarks or other rights belonging to another person.

AI results may vary depending on the source image, selected settings, model behavior and service availability.
AI-generated or AI-edited results may contain errors, inaccuracies, visual artifacts or unexpected changes. You should review every result before saving, publishing or relying on it.
NivAk Technologies does not guarantee that AI-generated results will exactly match a prompt, instruction or expected appearance.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Selecting appropriate source images
- Reviewing edited and AI-generated results
- Keeping copies of important original photos
- Saving edited images to the intended location
- Protecting private or sensitive photographs
- Using edited images lawfully
- Checking content before publishing or sharing it
Saving, Exporting and Sharing
PhotoPro AI may allow you to save, export or share edited images.
You are responsible for choosing the correct storage location, format, quality and recipient.
NivAk Technologies does not control third-party file managers, cloud storage providers, social networks, messaging apps or sharing services selected by you.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse PhotoPro AI or related services.
You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Interfere with application security
- Abuse AI or processing services
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions

- Every editing result will meet your expectations
- AI results will always be accurate
- Images will always be processed without artifacts
- All features will always remain available
- Every software error will be fixed immediately
Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NivAk Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use PhotoPro AI.
This may include loss caused by:
- Loss or accidental deletion of original images
- Unsatisfactory editing results
- Unexpected AI-generated results
- Device or storage failure
- Incorrect sharing recipients
- Third-party service failures
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Use of PhotoPro AI is also subject to the PhotoPro AI Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable law.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country or region are not excluded or reduced.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, applicable law and competent courts will be determined according to relevant legal rules.
