PhotoPro AI does not currently require users to create an online account.
Some application information is stored locally on your Android device.
PhotoPro AI data may include:
- Display name
- App settings and preferences
- Points or reward balances
- Reward claim information
- Temporary editing information
- Edited or exported image files
- Support emails or contact information
- Image data processed by a remote AI service when an online AI feature is used
Remove Local App Data
PhotoPro AI may store app information locally to provide normal application functionality.
This may include:
- Your chosen display name
- App preferences
- Points balance
- Reward claim history
- Feature settings
- Temporary app information
Where an individual setting can be changed inside PhotoPro AI, you may update or replace it directly in the application.
To remove all locally stored PhotoPro AI app information, clear the application's Android storage as described below.
Delete Saved or Exported Images
Images saved or exported from PhotoPro AI may be stored in a location selected by you or by Android.
To remove an exported image:
- Open Android Files, Gallery or another file manager.
- Open the folder where the edited image was saved.
- Find the image you want to remove.
- Select Delete.
- Empty the device recycle bin or trash if applicable.
Clearing PhotoPro AI app storage or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete images that were previously exported outside the application's private storage.
Copies shared to cloud storage, social media, messaging apps or other services must be deleted separately from those services.
AI and Remote Processing Data
Some AI-powered PhotoPro AI features may require the selected image to be transmitted to a remote image-processing provider.
Remote processing may involve the selected image and instructions required to perform the requested AI operation.
Retention and deletion options may depend on the provider used for the specific AI feature.
Specific remote-processing retention and deletion information will be updated when the production AI processing provider is finalized.
Clear PhotoPro AI Storage in Android
You can remove locally stored PhotoPro AI app data through Android settings.
- Open your device Settings.
- Open Apps or Applications.
- Select PhotoPro AI.
- Open Storage or Storage & cache.
- Select Clear storage, Clear data or the equivalent option.
- Confirm the action.
Clearing app storage may permanently remove locally stored settings, display name, points, reward history and other PhotoPro AI application information.
Menu names may differ depending on Android version and device manufacturer.
Uninstall PhotoPro AI
Uninstalling PhotoPro AI generally removes locally stored application data from the device.
Uninstalling does not automatically delete:
- Images exported outside the app
- Images saved in cloud storage
- Images shared to another application
- Images posted on social media
- Support emails previously sent by you
- Data retained independently by a third-party AI or processing service according to its own policy
Support and Contact Information
If you contact NivAk Technologies by email or through a website or future in-app support feature, the support record may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
- Submission date and time
- Application identification
- Device information voluntarily provided by you
- Screenshots or images voluntarily attached by you
You may request deletion of eligible support information associated with your email address.
How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
Send an email to:
Include:
- The email address used when contacting support
- The approximate date of the support enquiry
- A brief description that helps locate the record
- A clear statement requesting deletion
Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents or private original photos unless specifically requested and appropriate.
Verification and Retention
NivAk Technologies may request reasonable information to verify that the requester is associated with the support record.
Eligible information will be reviewed and deleted where required and reasonably possible.
Some information may need to be retained temporarily where necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Resolving an active dispute
- Protecting legal rights
- Maintaining essential support records
Locally stored PhotoPro AI information cannot normally be remotely deleted by NivAk Technologies because it remains on your device.
Third-party AI, advertising or processing services may maintain information according to their own retention and deletion policies.
