Introduction
PhotoPro AI is an Android photo editing application developed by NivAk Technologies.
The application may provide traditional photo editing tools, creative tools and AI-powered image features.
You do not currently need to create a PhotoPro AI account to use the application.
Photos and Images
PhotoPro AI may allow you to select photos and images from your device or capture new images using your device camera.
Images may be used for functions such as:
- Photo editing
- Crop, rotate and resize
- Filters and adjustments
- Collages and creative tools
- Background editing
- Image enhancement
- AI-powered image processing
- Saving and exporting edited images
You retain ownership of photos and images that you provide to PhotoPro AI.
AI-Powered Image Processing
Some PhotoPro AI features may use artificial intelligence or remote image-processing services.
When an AI or online feature requires remote processing, the selected image and information required to perform the requested operation may be securely transmitted to a remote processing service.
AI-powered features may include functions such as:
- AI image enhancement
- Background removal or replacement
- Object removal
- Upscaling
- Denoising and deblurring
- Photo restoration
- Portrait enhancement and retouching
- Image generation
- Style transformation
- Relighting and other AI editing functions
Features that do not require remote processing may be performed locally on the device.
The exact processing provider may change as PhotoPro AI is developed. This Privacy Policy will be updated when production AI providers are finalized.
Information Stored Locally
PhotoPro AI may store information locally on your device to provide app functionality.
This may include:
- Your chosen display name
- App preferences
- Points or reward balances
- Reward claim history
- Feature preferences
- Temporary editing information
Local information may be removed when app storage is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
Device Permissions
PhotoPro AI may request Android permissions or use Android system features needed for photo editing.

Additional Firebase services may be introduced before or after release. This Privacy Policy will be updated when necessary.
Advertising and Consent
PhotoPro AI may display advertisements using Google AdMob.
Advertising services may process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device information
- Approximate technical information
- Ad interactions
- Diagnostics and fraud-prevention information
Where required by law, PhotoPro AI will request consent before using personal data for personalized advertising.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Information stored locally remains on your device until you remove it, clear app storage, or uninstall PhotoPro AI.
Edited images saved or exported to your device remain there until you delete them.
Images sent to remote AI or image-processing services may be retained only according to the processing requirements and policies of the applicable service provider.
Specific provider retention information will be added when the production AI processing provider is finalized.
Delete Your Data
You can remove locally stored PhotoPro AI information by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.
Photos and edited images exported outside the application must be deleted separately from the location where they were saved.
Children's Privacy
PhotoPro AI is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
NivAk Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a support or online service, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when PhotoPro AI features, permissions, AI providers, Firebase services, advertising systems or legal requirements change.
