About Quick Play
Quick Play is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by NivAk Technologies.
The game may include multiple mini-games, virtual coins, gems, experience points, achievements, daily rewards, rewarded advertisements and other gameplay features.
Features may be added, changed or removed through future updates.
App Licence
Subject to these Terms, NivAk Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Quick Play for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit Quick Play except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Virtual Coins, Gems and Rewards
Quick Play may provide virtual items including coins, gems, experience points, achievements, rewards and other gameplay benefits.
These virtual items exist only within Quick Play and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside the game or sold unless applicable law requires otherwise.
NivAk Technologies may change reward amounts, availability, progression requirements or other virtual-item rules when reasonably required for balancing, maintenance or game updates.
Rewarded Advertising
Quick Play may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Some advertisements may be rewarded ads. When offered, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as coins or lives.
A reward may depend on successful completion and confirmation of the advertising event.
NivAk Technologies does not guarantee that an advertisement or rewarded-ad opportunity will always be available.
Acceptable Use
You must not intentionally interfere with the normal operation, security or economy of Quick Play.
Prohibited conduct includes attempting to:
- Manipulate coin, life or reward balances
- Manipulate rewarded-ad completion
- Exploit bugs for unauthorized financial or gameplay benefit
- Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of Quick Play
- Use automated tools to attack or disrupt the service
We may take reasonable technical measures to prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
Availability and Updates
We aim to keep Quick Play available and functional, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Features may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services, Google Play services, advertising availability, device compatibility or other technical issues.
Updates may be released to improve security, compatibility, gameplay or features.
Intellectual Property
Quick Play and its original software, game design, graphics, interface, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NivAk Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, software, technologies and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Your use of Quick Play is also subject to the Quick Play Privacy Policy, which explains how data may be processed in connection with anonymous Firebase Remote Config, advertising and gameplay.
Disclaimer
Quick Play is provided for entertainment purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or Android version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NivAk Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use Quick Play.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
Access to online or backend-supported features may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the game, users or supporting systems against fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.
You may stop using Quick Play at any time by uninstalling the application.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Quick Play features, advertising, services or legal requirements change.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or other statutory rights that apply to you based on your place of residence.
