Overview
Quick Play stores player profile, game progress, rewards, virtual balances and preferences locally on your Android device.
Quick Play does not currently use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore or Firebase Cloud Functions to create player accounts or store game progress on a server.
Firebase Remote Config is used only to deliver configuration values for features, rewards, game availability and advertising.
Delete Local Game Data
You can remove locally stored Quick Play data directly through Android.
Android menu names may differ slightly depending on your device manufacturer and Android version.
- Open Android Settings.
- Open Apps or Applications.
- Select Quick Play.
- Open Storage or Storage & cache.
- Select Clear storage or Clear data.
You may also uninstall Quick Play to remove app data stored locally by the application.
Local data may include:
- Player display name
- Selected avatar
- Game progress and scores
- Coins, gems and experience points
- Achievements and reward status
- Daily reward information
- Wallet and reward history
- Game settings and preferences
Clearing app storage or uninstalling Quick Play may permanently remove this locally stored information.
Server-Side Player Data
Quick Play does not currently maintain a server-side player account, Firebase UID, cloud game-progress record or server-side virtual currency balance.
Firebase Remote Config may process limited technical information required to retrieve app configuration values, but it is not used as a player-profile or game-progress database.
Request Assistance
In most cases, locally stored Quick Play data can be removed directly by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Data We Can Delete
Quick Play gameplay and player-profile information stored locally can normally be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the application.
If you previously contacted NivAk Technologies for support, eligible support information may also be deleted upon request, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information submitted through support or other direct communications may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
This may include limited records required for:
- Fraud prevention and security
- Responding to support disputes
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
Google and Advertising Data
Quick Play uses Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase Remote Config for app configuration.
Information processed independently by Google is subject to Google's own privacy policies and data controls.
Clearing Quick Play's local app data does not automatically delete information that Google may process independently for advertising, security, diagnostics or service operation.
