ColourFlow Master Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or using ColourFlow Master, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the game.

2. About ColourFlow Master

ColourFlow Master is a mobile water sort puzzle game developed by NivAk Technologies.

The game may include:

• Water sort puzzle levels
• Easy, Medium and Hard difficulty levels
• Virtual coins
• Lives and life recovery
• Daily rewards
• Missions
• Achievements
• Rewarded advertisements
• Banner advertisements
• Additional game modes and features added in future updates

Features, rewards, level balancing and availability may be changed as the game evolves.

3. Accounts

ColourFlow Master does not currently require a traditional account or sign-up process for normal gameplay.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the device on which your local game progress is stored.

4. Virtual Coins, Lives and Rewards

ColourFlow Master may provide virtual game resources such as coins, lives, rewards, mission rewards and achievement rewards.

These resources:

• Exist only for use within ColourFlow Master
• Have no real-world cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for money
• May be earned through gameplay or supported reward systems
• May be used for supported in-game actions such as obtaining lives

NivAk Technologies may adjust reward quantities, game balancing, life limits, refill rules, coin costs or feature availability when necessary for gameplay balance or technical operation.

5. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

ColourFlow Master may display advertisements using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Some advertisements may be optional rewarded ads. When offered, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as coins, lives or another supported reward.

Availability of advertisements and rewarded-ad opportunities may depend on region, network availability, provider availability and applicable privacy requirements.

A reward may depend on successful completion and confirmation of the advertising event.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse ColourFlow Master or interfere with its normal operation.

You must not:

• Modify or tamper with game files to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate coin, life, mission or reward balances
• Attempt to fake or replay rewarded-ad completion
• Exploit bugs or technical errors for unintended rewards
• Reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law
• Interfere with Firebase, advertising or other supporting services
• Use the game in a way that violates applicable law

7. Game Availability and Updates

ColourFlow Master may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued in whole or in part.

Certain features may depend on internet connectivity, Firebase services, advertising providers, Google Play services or device compatibility.

NivAk Technologies does not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or unchanged.

8. Third-Party Services

ColourFlow Master may rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google AdMob and Google Play services.

These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

ColourFlow Master, including its name, branding, artwork, code, interface, game design and original content, is owned by or licensed to NivAk Technologies unless otherwise stated.

You may use the game only for personal, non-commercial use unless you have received separate written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ColourFlow Master is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NivAk Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, loss of local progress, service interruption, advertisement availability, device problems or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when ColourFlow Master changes its gameplay systems, advertising, Firebase services, technical features or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
