ColourFlow Master Data Deletion

1. Overview

ColourFlow Master does not currently require a traditional user account or Firebase anonymous authentication for normal gameplay.

Most game progress is stored locally on your Android device.

2. Local Game Data

ColourFlow Master may store local game information including:

• Completed levels and gameplay progress
• Difficulty progress
• Virtual coin balance
• Current lives and life recovery information
• Mission progress and claimed rewards
• Achievement progress and claimed achievements
• Daily reward information
• Game settings and preferences

This data is generally stored locally using Android application storage, including SharedPreferences.

3. Delete Local Game Data

You can delete ColourFlow Master local data through Android settings.

Typical steps are:

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Open Apps or Applications.
3. Select ColourFlow Master.
4. Open Storage or Storage & cache.
5. Select Clear storage or Clear data.

You can also uninstall ColourFlow Master to remove locally stored application data from the device.

Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may permanently remove local progress, coins, lives, missions, achievements, rewards and settings. This data may not be recoverable.

4. Firebase Data

ColourFlow Master currently uses Firebase services including Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Crashlytics.

The game does not currently create a Firebase Authentication player account for normal gameplay.

Firebase Crashlytics may process technical crash and diagnostic information when the release version of the app experiences a serious error.

Technical information handled by Firebase services is subject to Google's applicable retention and privacy practices and may not be stored as directly editable game progress inside ColourFlow Master.

5. Advertising Data

ColourFlow Master uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for banner and rewarded advertising.

Advertising-related data may be processed by Google and its advertising partners according to their own privacy and retention practices.

Clearing ColourFlow Master local app data does not necessarily delete information independently processed by Google advertising services.

Advertising preferences and related controls may also be available through your Android, Google or device privacy settings.

6. Support Information

If you have contacted NivAk Technologies for support, you may have voluntarily provided information such as your name, email address, message or technical details.

You may request deletion of eligible support information by contacting NivAk Technologies.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant support request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
