By downloading, installing, accessing or using Block Quest, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Block Quest.
About Block Quest
Block Quest is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by NivAk Technologies.
The game may include puzzle levels, virtual coins, lives, missions, rewards, rewarded advertisements, optional in-app purchases and other gameplay features.
Features may be added, changed or removed through future updates.
App Licence
Subject to these Terms, NivAk Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Block Quest for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit Block Quest except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Anonymous Player Accounts
Block Quest may automatically create an anonymous Firebase Authentication account to support features such as secure purchase verification.
No traditional Block Quest account using a name, email address and password is required for this anonymous authentication process.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the device and Google Play account used to access the game.
Virtual Coins, Lives and Rewards
Block Quest may provide virtual items including coins, lives, rewards and other gameplay benefits.
Virtual items are licensed for use only inside Block Quest. They are not real money, bank deposits or financial instruments.
Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or other real-world value unless expressly required by applicable law.
NivAk Technologies may adjust game balancing, reward quantities, prices or availability as the game develops, subject to applicable law and existing purchase rights.
In-App Purchases
Block Quest may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual coin packs, through Google Play.
Purchases are processed using Google Play Billing. Payment methods, billing information and transaction processing are handled by Google Play according to its applicable terms and policies.
Block Quest may send the product identifier and purchase token to its secure Firebase backend to verify that a purchase is valid before virtual items are credited.
Purchase records may also be used to prevent duplicate crediting, fraudulent purchase claims or reuse of the same purchase token.
Never purchase Block Quest virtual items through unauthorized third-party sellers or services.
Refunds and Purchase Problems
Refund eligibility for purchases made through Google Play is subject to Google Play's applicable refund rules, your location and applicable law.
If a purchase is charged but the related virtual items are not delivered correctly, contact NivAk Technologies support so the transaction can be investigated.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged back or determined to be invalid, virtual items associated with that transaction may be removed or corrected where technically possible and legally permitted.
Rewarded Advertising
Block Quest may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Some advertisements may be rewarded ads. When offered, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as coins or lives.
A reward may depend on successful completion and confirmation of the advertising event.
NivAk Technologies does not guarantee that an advertisement or rewarded-ad opportunity will always be available.
Acceptable Use
You must not intentionally interfere with the normal operation, security or economy of Block Quest.
Prohibited conduct includes attempting to:
- Manipulate coin, life or reward balances
- Fake or replay purchase transactions
- Reuse purchase tokens improperly
- Bypass purchase verification
- Manipulate rewarded-ad completion
- Access Firebase or other backend systems without authorization
- Exploit bugs for unauthorized financial or gameplay benefit
- Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of Block Quest
- Use automated tools to attack or disrupt the service
We may take reasonable technical measures to prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
Availability and Updates
We aim to keep Block Quest available and functional, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Features may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, internet connectivity, Firebase services, Google Play services, advertising availability, device compatibility or other technical issues.
Updates may be released to improve security, compatibility, gameplay or features.
Intellectual Property
Block Quest and its original software, game design, graphics, interface, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NivAk Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, software, technologies and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Your use of Block Quest is also subject to the Block Quest Privacy Policy, which explains how data may be processed in connection with anonymous authentication, Firebase services, advertising, gameplay and purchases.
Disclaimer
Block Quest is provided for entertainment purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or Android version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NivAk Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use Block Quest.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
Access to online or backend-supported features may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the game, users, purchases or supporting systems against fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.
You may stop using Block Quest at any time by uninstalling the application.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Block Quest features, purchases, advertising, services or legal requirements change.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or other statutory rights that apply to you based on your place of residence.
