Introduction
NivAk Technologies respects your privacy and aims to explain clearly how Resume Builder handles your data.
Resume Builder allows users to create, save, edit, duplicate, preview and export resumes without creating an online account.
Most information entered into Resume Builder is stored locally on the user's Android device.
Information You Enter
Resume Builder may store information that you enter while creating a profile or resume.
This may include:
- Name and contact information
- Address and nationality
- Date of birth or age information
- Professional title and career objective
- Education history
- Employment history
- Skills and languages
- Projects and certificates
- Awards and achievements
- References
- Interests and custom resume sections
- Profile photograph selected by the user
Resume content may contain sensitive personal information. Enter only information that you intend to include in a professional resume.
Local Device Storage
Resume Builder stores profile information, saved resumes, template selections and app preferences locally on the Android device.
Local information may include:
- Profile details
- Resume drafts and completed resumes
- Resume names and internal identification numbers
- Selected templates
- Theme and display preferences
- Paths to user-selected local images
This locally stored resume content is not automatically uploaded to NivAk Technologies servers in the current version.
Profile Photos and Device Files
Resume Builder may allow users to choose a profile photograph from the device.
The selected image is used to display the photograph inside supported resume templates and exported PDF documents.
The app may store a local reference or file path needed to access the selected image.
Resume Builder does not automatically upload the selected profile photograph to NivAk Technologies servers in the current version.
PDF Creation, Saving, Sharing and Printing
Resume Builder can generate PDF documents containing the resume information entered by the user.
PDF files are created only when the user chooses to export, save, share or print a resume.
After a PDF is created, the user may choose to:
- Save it to the device
- Open it using a PDF viewer
- Share it using another application
- Print it using an Android print service
NivAk Technologies does not control independent apps, cloud services, printers or recipients selected by the user.
Permissions and Android System Features
Resume Builder uses only the Android permissions or system features needed for its functions.

Support and Contact Enquiries
If you contact NivAk Technologies by email or through the website, information you voluntarily provide may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your support message
- Device or Android version details
- Screenshots voluntarily attached by you
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, investigate problems and improve app quality.
Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents or complete resume files unless specifically required and safe to do so.
Third-Party Services
Resume Builder may interact with Android and third-party services selected by the user, including:
- Google Play
- Android file and document services
- Photo or media selection services
- PDF viewers
- Android print services
- Sharing applications
- Email applications
These services operate under their own privacy policies, terms and security practices.
Firebase and advertising services will be described here after they are added and configured before the public release.
Advertising
Resume Builder does not currently display production advertisements.
Advertising information will be updated before release if Google AdMob or another advertising provider is added.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
Resume Builder does not currently use production analytics or crash-reporting services.
This section will be updated if Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or another diagnostic service is added before release.
Data Security
NivAk Technologies uses reasonable measures intended to protect app and support information.
Local resume information is protected primarily by the security of the user's Android device.
Users should protect their device with a screen lock, keep Android updated and avoid sharing exported resumes with unintended recipients.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Local profile and resume information remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, removed by the operating system or deleted when app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
Exported PDF documents remain in the location chosen by the user until the user deletes them.
Support emails may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate issues, maintain support records or meet legal obligations.
Delete Your Data
Users can delete individual saved resumes from the My Resumes screen.
Users may also remove locally stored information by:
- Deleting individual resumes in the app
- Removing or replacing profile information
- Deleting exported PDF files
- Clearing Resume Builder app storage in Android
- Uninstalling Resume Builder
Children's Privacy
Resume Builder is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
NivAk Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the current version of Resume Builder.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a support channel, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when features, permissions, Firebase services, advertising, analytics, support systems or legal requirements change.
